摘要
高校创新创业教育对于培育能够适应经济全球化和科技快速进步人才具有至关重要的作用。通过对现行高校的创新创业人才培养模式分析,提出了包括跨界融合、个性化和定制化教育以及拓宽全球化视野等人才培养的创新模式,旨在提升高校教学质量和激发学生的创新创业精神,倡导高校不断探索先进的教育模式,以满足不断变化的社会经济需求。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities plays a crucial role in cultivating talents who can adapt to economic globalization and rapid technological progress.By analyzing the current talent cultivation models and existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,this paper puts forward innovative talent cultivation models including cross-border integration,personalized and customized education and broadening global perspectives,aiming to improve the teaching quality of universities and stimulate students'innovation and entrepreneurship spirit,advocate universities to constantly explore and innovate education models to meet the changing social and economic needs.
