摘要
在“双高计划”背景下,高职创新创业教育持续改革,这既是社会的需求更是时代的呼唤。学生作为高职院校创新创业教育的重要参与主体,深入探究其创新创业教育参与意愿的现状及影响因素是推进学校创新创业教育改革的关键。基于计划行为理论,以深圳G高职院校学生为研究对象,选取行为态度、主观规范和感知行为控制三个方面作为学生创新创业教育参与意愿的影响变量,对高职学生创新创业教育参与意愿的内在逻辑进行剖析。研究发现,学生在创新创业教育参与的行为态度、主观规范以及感知行为控制三个方面均对其自身的行为意愿具有正向作用。
Under the background of the"Double High-level Plan",namely the Construction Plan for High-level Vocational Colleges and Majors with Chinese Characteristics,the continuous reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is not only the demand of the society,but also the call of the times.As an important participant in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,it is the key to promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges to deeply explore the current situation of higher vocational students'participation willingness in innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior,with students of a higher vocational college in Shenzhen as the research object,this papers selects the three aspects of behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control as the influence variables of students'willingness to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and analyzes the internal logic of higher vocational students'willingness to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship education.The study has found students'behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control in innovation and entrepreneurship education participation all have a positive effect on their own behavioral intentions.
