摘要
文章从校企合作的现状出发,阐述了动力不足是制约校企合作长效机制建立的关键因素,指出了创新人才培养模式是拉紧校企合作链条,构建校企合作长效机制的重要途径。围绕校企合作的内在动力,文章提出了创新人才培养模式的具体思路和有效措施,对高等职业教育加强校企合作具有较强的借鉴作用。
Based on the current situation of university-industry cooperation,this paper expounds that the power shortage is the key factor that restricts the establishment of the cooperative long-term mechanism.It is pointed out that the training mode of innovative talents is an important way to tighten the cooperative chain of university enterprises and establish the long-term mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation.Around the internal dynamics of corporate cooperation,the article puts forward the concrete thought and effective measure of innovative talent training mode.It is very useful to strengthen the cooperation of university enterprises in education.
