职业教育校企合作长效机制研究——基于博弈模型的分析 被引量:8

摘要 企业和学校都有参与校企合作的动机,因此寻求双方的合作并不难,真正的困难是要解决校企合作中的问题,实现学校和企业长期、有效、稳定的合作。通过建立博弈模型加以研究发现,要建立校企合作长效机制,不仅需要政府介入,建立以合作利益为驱动的激励机制,宣传校企合作的长期收益,建立监督和惩罚机制,而且需要积极推进职业教育法规制度建设,利用多样化的手段促进校企合作长效机制的建立。 Both of schools and enterprises have the motivation to cooperate, therefore it is not hard to build the cooperation. However, the difficulty is to solve problems emerging during the cooperation process, thus realizing the long-term effective cooperation between schools and enterprises. The game theory model is built to analyze by what kind of mechanism can both sides be stimulated to build long term and effective cooperative relationship. According to the research and analysis, government plays an important role in terms of intervention. Government needs to use a variety of ways to move forward the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism based on mutual interests, to promote the long-term benefits of cooperation,to build supervision and punishment mechanisms, and to positively carry forward the establishment of vocational education legislation.
