摘要
国家应用型大学建设和双创教育政策对高校大学生的培养质量提出了新要求,要求以项目教学为基础,开展实践和创新的高校专业工作室教学,以保持双创能力的导向。文章以桂林旅游学院软装工作室为例,结合当前教学改革相关理论,从校企合作以及工作室的运行两方面展开论述,重点论述了软装工作室在准公司架构、管理制度建设和教学文件建设等方面的运行机制。
In response to the well-planned construction of application-oriented colleges and universities in China together with the innovation education and enterprise education, new demands have been made accordingly on the cultivation of the college and university students, in which case the workshop teaching, conducted mainly through the exploration and the innovation, will be carried out on the basis of specific projects, so as to adhere to the guiding roles of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship. With a special reference to a soft-decoration workshop in Guilin Tourism University, the paper attempts to unfold its exposition on the cooperation between schools and enterprises as well as the operation of the workshop, primarily expounding on the operating mechanism of the soft-decoration workshop in terms of the para-corporation structuring, the governance system and the teaching file management.
