摘要
目的探讨滚动式结构化工作坊在住院医师规范化培训入院教育模式中的应用。方法根据《住院医师规范化培训教学活动指南(2021年版)》的基本内容和要求,从病历书写、临床思维、技能操作、医学人文、综合急救等方面制作了5个模块的工作坊课程,通过问卷调查收集参与本次入院教育的138名住院医师对工作坊课程的满意程度,并进行评估。结果有效问卷121份(87.68%),问卷信度良好(Cronbach'sα=0.990)。住院医师从工作坊安排的必要性、合理性和满意程度进行打分,满意度评价均达到了96.00%以上。部分住院医师提议可以适当延长课程时间,并且增加临床实践操作和心理疏导模块。结论滚动式结构化工作坊能够促进住院医师在入院教育中理论知识和临床实践技能的掌握,并获得良好的教学满意度评价。
Objective To explore the application of rolling structured chemical workshops in the standardized training and admission education mode for resident physicians.Method According to the basic content and requirements of the"Guidelines for Standardized Training and Teaching Activities for Residents(2021 Edition)",a five modules workshop course was developed from the aspects of medical record writing,clinical thinking,skill operation,medical humanities,and comprehensive first aid.A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect 138 resident physicians participating in this admission education and evaluate their satisfaction with the workshop course.Result There were 121 valid questionnaires(87.68%),the reliability of the satisfaction questionnaire is good(Cronbach's alpha=0.990).Resident physicians rated them based on the necessity,rationality,and satisfaction level of the workshop arrangement.The satisfaction evaluation reached over 96.00%.Some resident physicians suggest extending the course time appropriately and adding clinical practice and psychological counseling modules.Conclusion Rolling structured chemical workshops can promote resident physicians'mastery of theoretical knowledge and clinical practical skills in admission education,and achieve good teaching satisfaction.
