摘要
目的探讨新医科背景下融合思政教育的《泌尿外科学》教学模式的构建及效果。方法选择2022年2月—2023年2月佳木斯大学附属第一医院的72名学生作为对象,根据时间点分为对照组(n=36,2022年2—6月)和观察组(n=36,2022年7月—2023年2月)。对照组采用常规方法教学,观察组在对照组的基础上于新医科背景下融合思政教育,2组均完成3个月带教。比较2组的教学质量、教学满意度、学生专业课及实践课考核成绩。结果教学3个月后,观察组的技能操作、协调配合、医患沟通、应急能力及服务态度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教学3个月后的教学满意度、学习兴趣、实践能力、知识理解能力及综合能力满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教学3个月后的教师教学基本要求、教学内容、教学方法、课堂记录情况、学生基础理论、案例分析及临床技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论成功构建新医科背景下融合思政教育的《泌尿外科学》教学模式,能提高教学质量和教学满意度,提升学生的专业课及实践课考核成绩。
Objective To explore the construction and effectiveness of a teaching model for Urology that integrates ideological and political education in the context of new medical science.Methods A total of 72 students of Urologic Surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as subjects and divided into control group(n=36,from February to June 2022)and observation group(n=36,from July 2022 to February 2023)according to time point.The control group was taught by conventional methods,and the observation group was combined with ideological and political education under the background of new medicine on the basis of the control group.Both groups completed 3 months of teaching.The teaching quality,teaching satisfaction,professional courses and practical courses were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of teaching,the observation group had higher scores in skill operation,coordination and cooperation,doctor-patient communication,emergency response ability and service attitude than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed higher satisfaction with teaching,learning interest,practical ability,knowledge understanding ability and comprehensive ability after 3 months of teaching compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of basic teaching requirements,teaching content,teaching methods,c l a ssroom recording,student basic theory,case analysis and clinical skills after 3 months of teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The successful construction of a teaching model for Urology that integrates ideological and political education in the context of new medical science can improve teaching quality and satisfaction,enhance students’professional and practical course assessment results,and is worth promoting and applying.
