摘要
为构建交通运输专业铁路平面调车实践教学平台,设计增强教学层次性与互动性的实践教学平台的顶层管理,构建交叉融合的实践教学体系,组建复合型实践教学团队,设立递进式实践教学体系。为检验实践教学平台的建设成效,选取某高校2022—2023学年第二学期铁路平面调车实践教学改革试点班级(2021级交通运输专业1班)与未实施改革的传统教学班(2021级交通运输专业2班)进行对比分析。结果显示,实践教学改革试点班学生的成绩显著高于传统教学班学生的成绩。多数实践教学改革试点班学生不仅顺利完成既定的学习目标与计划,自我学习能力与团队协作及协调能力也得到显著提高。交通运输专业铁路平面调车实践教学平台的构建不仅有效激发了学生的学习兴趣与主动性,还显著提升了课堂教学的整体质量与成效。
In order to build a railway plane shunting practical teaching platform for transportation major,the study designs the top-level management of the practical teaching platform to enhance the teaching hierarchy and interaction,constructs cross-integration practical teaching system,establishes compound practical teaching team,and sets up progressive practical teaching system.In order to test the effectiveness of the construction of practical teaching platform,the study selects a pilot class of railway plane shunting practice teaching reform(Class 1 for transportation major in 2021)and a traditional teaching class without reform(Class 2 for transportation major in 2021)in a university for comparative analysis in the second semester of the 2022—2023 academic year.The results show that the achievement of students in the experimental class of practical teaching reform is significantly higher than that of students in the traditional teaching class.The achievement of students in the pilot class is significantly higher than the traditional teaching class.The construction of railway plane shunting practice teaching platform for transportation major not only effectively stimulates students’learning interest and initiative,but also significantly improves the overall quality and effectiveness of classroom teaching.
