摘要
基于多年专业建设成果和课题研究成果,探讨如何系统规划以核心职业能力培养为导向的快递运营管理专业实践教学体系,介绍实训平台建设案例和实践教学方案的设计与实施案例,提出深入企业调研岗位任务和职业能力要求,对接行业职业标准,统筹规划实践教学体系,建设与企业实际生产环境相一致的实训基地,不断改革和创新实践教学模式。
Based on years of achievements of professional construction and research, the paper firstly discusses how to systematically plan the practice teaching system of express operation management which focuses on the training of core professional competence. Secondly, the cases of the construction of practical training platform and the design and implementation of practical teaching scheme are introduced. At last, a practical teaching system is put forward, which includes investigating and surveying job task and professional ability requirement by going deep into the enterprise, butting occupation and industry standard, planning practical teaching system as a whole, building the practical training base consistent with the actual production environment of the enterprise, and reforming and innovating practice teaching model constantly.
