摘要
《酿酒分析与检测》实践课程是酿酒工程专业的核心课程,在酿酒工程专业的实践教学工作中地位举足轻重。实践教学是提升学生动手能力,对接企业需求的主要途径之一。以《酿酒分析与检测》实践课程为例,对酿酒工程专业实践教学改革进行探索,通过实践教学中存在问题的分析,提出改革措施,以推动酿酒工程专业实践教学的转型,更好的提升实践教学效果。
The practical course"Brewing Analysis and Detection"is the core course for brewing engineering majors,and plays a pivotal role in the practical teaching work of brewing engineering majors.Practical teaching is one of the main ways to improve students'hands-on ability and meet the needs of enterprises.This paper investigates the reform of practical teaching in brewing engineering majors,utilizing the practical course"Brewing Analysis and Detection"as an illustration.It examines the issues that exist with practical teaching,and suggests reform measures to facilitate the transformation of practical teaching in brewing engineering majors,with the aim of enhancing the practical teaching impact of the brewing engineering specialty.
