基于人机工程学的滑移装载机驾驶室视野优化设计

摘要 为了优化滑移装载机驾驶员的视野情况以及减少驾驶室视野盲区,根据GB/T 16937—2020提出的可视性视野要求,对驾驶室的前后视野进行优化设计。基于人机工程学相关理论与标准,在三维建模软件Rhino建立滑移装载机驾驶室数字模型,根据GB/T 16937—2020测量方法对驾驶员视野进行测量与计算;在人因分析软件Jack中建立滑移装载机驾驶室虚拟人机系统,仿真模拟驾驶员的视野情况以及后视镜的反射区域并得到相关分析数据,对两种测量方法的驾驶员视野数据进行对比分析,根据分析结果对滑移装载机驾驶室进行优化设计并进行人机视野校核。改进方案有效提升驾驶员的视野情况,满足国家标准规定的可视性要求。 In order to optimize the visual field of the driver and reduce the blind area of the cab visual field,the front and rear visual field of the cab is optimized according to the visual field requirement of GB/T16947-2020.Based on ergonomic theories and standards,a digital model of the cab of slip loader is established in Rhino,a 3D modeling software,and the driver's visual field is measured and calculated according to GB/T16937-2020 measurement method.The virtual man-machine system of the skid loader cab was established in the human factor analysis software Jack to simulate the driver's visual field and the reflection area of the rearview mirror and obtain relevant analysis data.The driver's visual field data of the two measurement methods were compared and analyzed,and according to the analysis results,the skid loader cab was optimized and man-machine visual field was checked.The improvement scheme effectively improves the driver's visual field and meets the visibility requirements specified in national standards.
