基于感性工学与人机工效仿真的单车停放设施设计

摘要 为探索一种能够同时测量用户心理感受量与生理感觉量的产品设计方法,以单车停放设施设计方案为例,制订设计流程,通过感性工学方法测量用户的心理感受量,为设计提供依据;通过Jack仿真技术测量用户的生理感觉量,判断设计方案是否满足用户使用需求。通过因子分析证明设计流程与用户的感性意象相契合,感性工学与人机工效仿真结合的方法设计出的产品符合用户的情感要求。与双层式停车设施相比较,文中的设计方案既符合用户的使用习惯,又可获得更高的空间利用率。 In order to explore a product design method that can simultaneously measure user psychological and physiological feelings,the design process was formulated taking the design of bicycle parking facilities as an example.The kansei engineering method was used to measure user psychological feelings to provide basis for the design.Jack simulation technology was used to measure user physiological sensation to determine whether the design scheme met the user.It was proved that the design process was consistent with user perceptual image through factor analysis.The design method combining kansei engineering and ergonomics simulation met user emotional requirements.Compared with double deck parking facilities,this scheme not only conformed to user habits,but also had higher space utilization rate.
