摘要
工程机械产品属于复杂的工业产品,对其研发过程优化是工程机械行业领域一项重要研究内容。为避免工程机械产品样机试制风险,对虚拟现实技术嵌入工程机械产品研发流程的方式进行了研究。通过对相关文献整理与对比分析,梳理了近年来工程机械产品虚拟设计的研究成果,分析了在工程机械产品研发过程中,应用虚拟设计手段进行工业设计及工程设计的现状,总结了工程机械产品虚拟设计的应用方式,为该领域的设计研究提供参考。
Engineering machinery products belongs to complex industrial products.The optimization of its R&D process is an important research content in the field of engineering machinery industry.In order to avoid the trial production risk of engineering machinery products,the way of embedding virtual reality technology into R&D process of engineering machinery products has been studied.The research results of virtual design of engineering machinery products in recent years has been analyzed through relevant literature arrangement and comparative analysis.The status of industrial design and engineering design using virtual design method in the R&D process of engineering machinery products were analyzed.The application mode of virtual design for engineering machinery products design is summarized,which provides relative references for design and research in this field.
