摘要 虚拟现实技术为解决线缆的优化布局及可靠性装配问题提供了一种可行的技术途径,而如何在计算机内部组织和表达线缆的模型信息、属性信息和工艺信息等相关信息是实现虚拟环境下线缆装配工艺规划要解决的首要问题。在分析虚拟环境下的线缆模型应包含管理属性、电气功能、几何结构和装配过程这四类信息的基础上;着重介绍了基于离散控制点建模思想的线缆几何结构层次化表达方法以及基于布线任务的工艺规划过程描述方法。并在自主开发的虚拟装配工艺规划系统VAPP上对相关方法和技术进行了实例验证。 VR technology is one of the feasible technique approaches to resolve the problem of optimal layout and reliable assembly of cable harness, and how to organize and express the relative information of cable harness inside computer is the most principal task. Firstly, the standpoint of the model of cable harness in virtual environment was supposed to comprise four kinds of information which are management info, electric info, geometry info and assembly process info was put forward, and then, the multi-level expressing method of cable harness geometry structure based on discrete control points modeling thought and the describing method of route process planning course based on route task were introduced in detail. The proposed methods and techniques have been verified in the self-developed system named Virtual Assembly Process Planning (VAPP) through a practical instance.
