摘要
为了提高农机的设计效率,缩短设计周期,将虚拟样机技术应用到了农机产品的设计优化过程中。采用SolidWorks软件创建了农机产品的各种零部件,并在软件中进行了虚拟装配,得到了虚拟样机。基于SolidWork软件的二次开发,在虚拟样机的有限元分析过程中引入了神经网络智能算法,有效提高了仿真计算的精度,且虚拟样机的使用为农机产品的优化设计提供了更多的依据。
In order to improve the design efficiency of agricultural machinery and shorten the design cycle,it applied the virtual prototype technology to the design optimization process of agricultural machinery products.It created various parts of agricultural machinery products by using SolidWorks software.It carried out the virtual assembly in the software,and obtained the virtual prototype.Based on the secondary development of SolidWork software,it introduced neural network intelligent algorithm in the process of finite element analysis of virtual prototype,which effectively improves the accuracy of simulation calculation.The use of virtual prototype provides more basis for the optimization design of agricultural machinery products.
