摘要
高校教师评价改革是教育评价改革的重要组成部分。从以往的研究与实践分析,信息技术从内容、形式、技术等三个方面促进高校教师评价改革。随着中共中央、国务院以及教育部出台的一系列宏观政策、改革举措和大数据、人工智能、5G等新一代数字技术不断迭代演进,政策和技术的双重支持使现代信息技术赋能高校教师发展具有现实可能性。当前,现代信息技术应用于高校教师评价改革还存在理念尚不成熟、机制尚不健全、技术自身尚不稳定、主体能力尚不充足等四大难题。基于此,可从创新教师评价理念、建设教师评价平台、开展人员培训、构建协同机制等四个方面持续发力,促进信息技术高效服务于高校教师评价改革。
The reform of college teacher evaluation is an important part of the reform of education evaluation.From the previous research and practice analysis,information technology promotes the reform of college teacher evaluation from three aspects:content,form and technology.At present,a series of macro policies and the development of a new generation of digital technology have jointly promoted the development of information technology-enabled college teachers.However,the application ofmodern information technology in the reform of college teacher evaluation still has four problems:immature concept,imperfect mechanism,unstable technology and insufficient subject ability.We can make continuous efforts from the following four aspects:innovation of teacher evaluation concept,construction of teacher evaluation platform,personnel training,and construction of collaborative mechanism,so as to promote the efficient service of information technology in the reform of teacher evaluation in colleges and universities.
