摘要
教育教学中的技术演进,驱动教师素养诉求不断发展。为理清技术演进驱动教师素养发展的过程与逻辑,文章首先采用文献研究法,系统梳理了前期技术、电子技术、信息技术、智能技术四个阶段中不同技术的教育应用对教师素养提出的诉求,对技术演进驱动教师素养发展的过程进行了分析。随后,文章分析了技术演进驱动教师素养发展的路径,即技术演进促进知识传播功能拓展、推动社会实践活动内容与形式转变、促发教育内部要素升级。最后,文章总结了教师素养发展在技术应用、教育场景、教育教学等方面的“变”,以及在教学能力、教育目标、标准维度、技术伦理等方面的“不变”,对技术演进驱动教师素养发展的内容进行了分析。期望通过文章的研究,能为当前技术的升级发展与教育数字化转型中教师素养的明确提供参考。
The technology evolution in education and teaching drives the continuous development of teachers'literacy requirements.In order to clarify the processes and logic of teachers'literacy development caused by technology evolution,this paper firstly adopted the literature research method to systematically sort out the demands of teachers'literacy for the education application of different technologies in the four stages of early technology,electronic technology,information technology and intelligent technology.Then,the paths of the teachers'literacy development driven by technology evolution was analyzed in this paper,which was that technology evolution accelerated the expansion of knowledge communication function,promoted the transformation of content and form of social practice activities,and triggered the upgrading of internal elements of education.Finally,this paper summarized the“changes”of teachers'literacy development in the aspects of technology application education scenarios,education and teaching,as well as the“fixedness”in the aspects of teaching ability,education objective,standard dimension and technology ethics.In addition,the content of teachers'literacy development driven by technology evolution was analyzed.The research of this paper was expected to provide reference for the clarification of teachers'literacy in the current technology upgrading and development and the education digital transformation.
