摘要
教育数字化转型需要将数字技术整合到教育领域的各个层面,教师便是教育数字化转型的重要一环,其在转型中遇到的挑战及相应对策值得关注。教师教育数字化转型面临的挑战主要体现在以下两个方面:教师在技术时代背景下的教学负担和教学过程中课堂沉浸式教学开展难以把控。教师教育数字化转型要以终身学习的学习框架为指导,从数据获取、数据分析、数字资源生态建设、数字平台赋能、教育模型迭代等方面实现升级,进而促进教师数字化转型发展。通过分析教师教育数字化转型历经的应用、深化、创新三个阶段,提出教师教育数字化转型的四大未来愿景:一是将数字技术融入教育教学的意识转变,并逐步向数字智慧转变;二是将数字技术融入教育教学的素养转变,从技术工具逐步应用到数字化教学典范中;三是将数字技术融入教育教学的能力转变,从技术整合逐步向教学创新方向改进;四是将数字技术融入教育教学的研究转变,从技术标准化模式逐步向创新引领发展。最后总结出教师教育数字化转型的三个对策:重构教师供给侧业务模型、重构多维渠道师资培育体系、重构教师数字理念关系。
The digital transformation of education requires the integration of digital technology into all aspects of the education field.Teachers are an important part of the digital transformation of education.The challenges they encounter in the transformation and the corresponding countermeasures deserve attention.The challenges facing the digital transformation of teacher education are mainly reflected in the following two aspects:the teaching burden of teachers in the technological era and the difficulty in controlling the classroom immersion teaching in the teaching process.The digital transformation of teacher education should be guided by the learning framework of lifelong learning,and achieve iterative upgrading from the aspects of data acquisition,data analysis,digital resource ecological construction,digital platform empowerment,and education model iteration,so as to promote the development of teachers’digital transformation.Through analyzing the three stages of application,deepening and innovation of the digital transformation of teacher education,the paper puts forward four visions for the digital transformation of teacher education:first,integrate digital technology into the consciousness transformation of education and teaching,and gradually transform to digital wisdom;The second is to integrate digital technology into the literacy transformation of education and teaching,from the gradual application of technology tools to digital teaching models;Third,the ability to integrate digital technology into education and teaching,and gradually improve from technology integration to teaching innovation.The fourth is to integrate digital technology into the research and transformation of education and teaching,and gradually move from the mode of technology standardization to innovation-led progress.Finally,it summarizes three reconstructions for the digital transformation of teacher education:reconstructing the business model of teachers’supply side,reconstructing the multi-dimensional channel teacher training sy
