摘要
伴随数字化转型、智能升级发展,以智能技术赋能区域教育高质量体系建设正成为当下教育现代化发展的重大实践命题。北京市东城区作为全国首批智慧教育示范区,在以人工智能助推教育数字化转型可持续生态建构实践中,提出“1+7+N”智慧教育建设总体框架,深化“数据大脑”建设,开展现代教育治理能力建构等发展路径,进行了一系列数字化实践探索:搭建区域“智能+”数据基座,细化“智能+”应用场景,形成数据基座奠基、应用生态开放、场景应用精化、治理能力升级的良好发展生态,进而创生数智赋能、场景创新、文化协同、人本向善的数字化转型新格局,打开了因材施教、个性化发展、精准治理新局面。
With the rapid advancement of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading and development,leveraging intelligent technologies to accelerate the development of a high-quality regional education system has emerged as a critical practice in modern education.As one of the first smart education demonstration zones in China,the Dongcheng District in Beijing,in the practice of digital transformation of education with artificial intelligence,proposes the framework of“1+7+N”for smart education construction.It promotes data-brain construction,strengthens modern education governance capabilities,and carries out a series of practice exploration.It establishes a regional“intelligence+”data foundation,refines the application scenarios of“intelligence+”,and forms a well-developed ecosystem with a solid foundation in data,open application ecology,refined scenario applications,and upgraded governance capabilities.This creates a new pattern of digital transformation characterized by data empowerment,scenario innovation,cultural collaboration,and people-oriented digitization.The regional education system opens up new possibilities for personalized teaching,individualized development,and precise governance.
