摘要
目的了解居民疫情防控态度及对社区各防控主体的满意度,分析疫情防控社区多元主体治理效果。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对深圳市龙岗区>18周岁社区居民开展面对面问卷调查。结果在901名调查对象中,83.7%认为自己的防控态度积极,64.9%对社区防控措施总体满意。与其他参与身份的居民相比,社区志愿者(OR=3.11)和社会组织成员(OR=2.26)对疫情防控态度更积极。社区志愿者对所在社区疫情防控措施落实情况的满意度、对社区各主体防控措施的满意度均更高。结论未来需建立以居民为中心的自主治理运行机制,完善疫情防控下社区多元主体协同治理机制,构建有韧性的社区治理共同体。
Objective To understand residents’attitudes towards epidemic prevention and control and their satisfaction with the prevention and control subjects in the community,and to analyze the governance effect of multiple subjects in epidemic prevention and control communities.Methods By stratified random sampling,a face-to-face survey was conducted among residents aged over 18 years in Longgang District of Shenzhen City.Results A total of 901 people participated in the survey,83.7%people thought that their attitude towards prevention and control was positive,and 64.9%people were generally satisfied with community prevention and control measures.Compared with residents with other participating identities,community volunteers(OR=3.11)and members of social organizations(OR=2.26)had more positive attitudes toward prevention and control.Community volunteers were more satisfied with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures in their community,as well as with the prevention and control measures of various entities in the community.Conclusion In the future,it is necessary to establish a resident-centered autonomous governance operation mechanism,improve the collaborative governance mechanism of multiple subjects in the community under pandemic prevention and control,and build a resilient community governance community.
