摘要
居住满意度是影响居民参与社区共同治理意愿的重要因素文章结合文献整理和因子分析,将居住满意度的指标细化为住房品质、服务与管理、社区生活3个因子,对广州市278名保障房居民的基本特征、居住满意度和参与意愿进行了问卷调查通过有序多分类Logistic回归分析发现,上述3个因子对参与意愿均呈显著正向影响,其中服务与管理的影响最大根据计算结果从提高居住满意度的角度提出了改善保障房居民参与社区共同治理意愿的措施建议.
Residential satisfaction is an important factor that influences residents'willingness to participate in community co-governance.Combined with literature review and factor analysis,the indicators of residential satisfaction were refined into three factors:building construction quality,community service and management,and community life.Questionnaire was used to investigate the basic characteristic,residential satisfaction and participation willingness of 278 residents from public housing in Guangzhou.By the means of ordinal logistic regression analysis,it is found that three factors mentioned above have significant positive impacts on participation willingness,while the impact of community service and management ranks the first.According to the results,some measures and suggestions were put forward to improve the residents,willingness to participate in community co-governance from the perspective of improving residential satisfaction.
