摘要
为深入了解人力资源管理专业实习经验对职业发展的影响,采用问卷调研法收集数据,通过描述性统计分析对人力资源管理专业学生对职业发展各维度的评价进行整体把握。研究结果显示,职业技能与职业素养显著影响实习生对职业发展的评价,拥有不同实习次数的实习生在对职业发展各维度的评价上存在显著差异,人力资源管理实习经验对学生的职业发展具有积极而显著的影响。为更好地利用实习经验促进职业发展,建议人力资源管理专业学生积极参与实习项目与活动,注重个人职业发展规划,加强自我学习与能力的提升。
In order to deeply know the influence of internship experience of human resource management major on career development,the study collects data of with questionnaire survey method,and comprehensively grasps the evaluation of human resource management major on various dimensions of career development with descriptive statistical analysis.The results show that vocational skills and professional accomplishment have significant influence on interns’evaluation of career development.Interns with different internship times have significant differences in their evaluation of various dimensions of career development.Internship experience in human resource management has positive and significant impact on students’career development.It is suggested that students of human resource management major should actively participate in internship projects and activities,pay attention to personal career development planning,and strengthen self-learning and ability improvement,so as to make better use of internship experience to promote career development.
