摘要
当前,传统的就业指导方式已经无法满足大规模、个性化、多元化的需求。而通过互联网平台,大学生可以随时随地获取到与就业相关的信息资源,如就业政策、行业动态、职业路径等。文章分析“互联网+”对高校大学生就业指导的影响,指出建立在线职业规划和指导平台、推广虚拟实习和线上招聘会、拓展企业合作和校企对接、发挥数据分析的作用、加强专业社区建设、引入虚拟实习项目等是高校大学生就业指导工作创新的策略,以促进高校大学生就业指导工作的发展。
Currently,traditional employment guidance methods are no longer able to meet the needs of large-scale,personalized,and diversified employment.Through the Internet platform,college students can access employment related information resources anytime and anywhere,such as employment policies,industry dynamics,career paths,etc.This paper analyzes the impact of"Internet plus"on college students'employment guidance,and points out that establishing online career planning and guidance platforms,promoting virtual internships and online job fairs,expanding enterprise cooperation and school enterprise docking,playing the role of data analysis,strengthening professional community construction,introducing virtual internship projects are innovative strategies for college students'employment guidance,so as to promote the development of college students'employment guidance.
