摘要
将工作岗位标准的指标分为标准值型、区间值型和临界值型三类。针对前两种类型指标,应用空间距离和相关性的计算方法,给出了人与岗位的横向匹配与纵向匹配的测算模型;考虑到任职者的部分指标可能超过岗位标准,提出了截面匹配度的概念,并用任职者指标曲线的凸凹比例来刻画。最后通过计算实例验证了模型的有效性。
The indexes describing the standards of the position are categorized three types: standard value, interval value and critical value. Aiming at the first two types, the measuring models that man-post matching degree of horizontal and vertical are given by the calculating methods of spatial distance and relativity. Considering the occupant's some types may be exceed the standards of the position, the matching degree of section is proposed, and depicting it by using the curve of the occupant's types. At last, a numerical example is given to illustrate the validity of the proposed methods.
