摘要
构建虚拟教研室数字化平台进行协同培养,通过灵活的管理制度进行有效管理,线上线下联动构建师资一体化协同培养共同体,加快数字化平台建设,建立定期总结与反馈机制。
A virtual teaching and research room digital platform should be constructed for collaborative training.Effective management should be achieved through flexible management systems.Online and offline linkage should be established to build an integrated collaborative training community for teachers.The construction of digital platforms should be accelerated.The regular feedback mechanisms should be summarized and provided.
