摘要
新的教师教育观认为,教师教育不仅是大学的责任,也是中小学的责任,教师的培养和发展是大学和中小学共同承担的责任,双方合作培养教师是我国教师教育改革和发展的必然趋势。合作的形式既包括吸引优秀中小学教师培养师范生,也包括高校专家指导在职教师的专业发展。但在合作过程中却面临众多的现实困境,包括高校与中小学缺乏长期稳定的合作关系、高校实习制度设计缺陷和基地建设不足、高校教师职称晋升导向偏差、中小学对教师培养的认知不足及教师工作量超负荷运行等。针对这些问题,需要政府、高校和中小学分别做出有针对性的变革和完善。
The new concept of teacher education holds the view that teacher education is not only the responsibility of universities,but also the responsibility of primary and middle schools. The responsibilities of cultivation and development of teachers are shared by universities and primary and middle schools,which is an inevitable trend of the reform and development of teacher education. Cooperative forms include attracting excellent primary and middle school teachers to train normal students and guiding the professional development of in-service teachers by experts from colleges and universities. In the process of cooperation,however,there are many realistic difficulties,such as lack of long-term and stable cooperative relationship between universities and primary and middle schools,inadequate design defects and base construction in college internship system,the deviation of promotion orientation of teachers' professional titles in colleges and universities,insufficient cognition of teachers' training in primary and middle schools and teachers' workload,and so forth. To solve these problems,governments,universities,primary and middle schools need to make targeted changes and improvements respectively.
