摘要
随着图书馆藏书量、阅览量、容纳读者量的增加,天津外国语大学图书馆专业文献阅览室与时俱进,为更好地服务于馆藏建设,将传统闭架管理模式转变为开架管理模式,由此带来需要大规模倒架的问题,在缺少中转库的情况下,通过使用Excel软件对图书信息进行数据化、建立索引库、预置中转空间、进行模拟排架,避免重复排架,大大提高倒架效率,降低人力成本。
With the increase in the volume of library collections,readership,and the number of readers accommodated,the professional literature reading room of Tianjin Foreign Studies University Library keeps pace with the times.In order to better serve the collection construction,the traditional closed-stack management mode has been transformed into an open-stack management mode,which brings about the problem of large-scale reshelving.In the absence of an intermediate warehouse,Excel software is used to digitize book information,establish an index database,pre-set intermediate spaces,and simulate shelving to avoid duplicate shelving,greatly improving shelving efficiency and reducing labor costs.
