摘要
我国图书馆界已普遍采取图书开架借阅服务。由于读者不能很好地理解索书号,利用索书号上架图书困难,造成开架图书错架、乱架现象严重。本文提出入馆图书数年集中分段排架,使绝大部分馆藏图书的架位可长期固定,而近年新书按入馆年份、季度、批次等排架后,也能实现一定时期内的固定,从而实现按以分类号为基础的索书号排架确定的图书架位可以外化为读者容易理解和运用的排架号,使读者能全面自主、正确快捷的上架图书。从读者自主上架图书的源头彻底解决开架图书严重乱架、拒借问题。
The libraries in China have generally adopted the open-shelf book lending service. Because the readers can＇t understand the call numbers very well, and they are difficult to shelve books by referring to them, there are a serious phenomenons of confusion in open-shelf arrangement. This paper proposes concentrated segmented shelving method, which means to shelve books of several years collectively in a segment, so that most of the book shelves can be fixed in a long time, while the recent year＇s books can be further arranged according to the year, quarter or batch when books entered into the library. In this way, the shelf positions determined by the call numbers based on classification numbers are externalized into shelf numbers which are easier for readers to understand, so that readers can take the intended book from the shelf and then positively and quickly shelve the book correctly. It fundamentally solves the problems of serious shelf disorder and lending refusal of open-shelf books from the source of readers initiatively shelving books.
