摘要
本文从目前高校对税收人才培养的现状入手,分析了RCEP背景下对税收人才的要求和挑战,从强化实践能力、加强资源合作、更新教学内容、注重素质培养等方面,提出应用型高校税收专业人才培养的建议,以期为培养能够顺应新形势发展需要的税收应用型人才提供借鉴。
Starting from the current situation of tax talent cultivation in universities,this article analyzes the requirements and challenges for tax talents under the RCEP background.From the aspects of strengthening practical ability,strengthening resource cooperation,updating teaching content,and emphasizing quality cultivation,suggestions are proposed for the cultivation of tax professionals in applied universities,in order to provide reference for cultivating tax applied talents that can meet the needs of new development situations.
