超大直径泥水平衡盾构气垫仓吸口改造技术研究

摘要 广东省广州市海珠湾隧道超大直径泥水平衡盾构穿越泥质粉砂岩复合地层,刀盘前以及密封仓中积渣滞排导致掘进参数恶化、刀具磨损严重、掘进效率受限、刀盘开口结泥饼等问题。针对超大直径泥水平衡盾构在复合地层中遇到的滞排问题,提出将P2.1泵吸口前移至泥浆门后方,增加了排浆吸口吸力,增强了浆液流动性及携渣能力,同时于P2.1泵前安装双管路液压闸阀采石箱,使大粒径渣土在P2.1泵前得以处理。气垫仓吸口改造后盾构掘进工效有所提升,对于改善刀盘前方以及泥水仓底滞排有一定效果,但由于鄂式破碎机无法动作,当掘进断面地层岩体较破碎、节理裂隙较发育时,极易发生吸口处渣土堆积、P2.1泵吸口压力突然降低、流量突然减少、挤压力上升、切口压力波动等情况,需频繁逆冲洗和开采石箱进行人工清理,进而影响了正常掘进环流,最终被迫恢复吸口及鄂式破碎机功能。相关研究成果可为同类工程提供参考。 Super-large diameter slurry shield of Guangzhou Haizhuwan tunnel crosses the muddy siltstone composite formation.The accumulation of slag in front of cutter and sealing chamber head cause the deterioration of driving parameters,serious tool wear,limited driving efficiency and mud cake formation of cutter head opening.Aiming at the problem of hysteresis in the composite formation of the large diameter slurry balance shield,the P2.1 pump discharge suction is proposed to move to the rear of the mud door to increase the suction force of the discharge suction and enhance the slurry fluidity and slag carrying capacity.At the same time,double pipeline hydraulic gate valve quarrying box is installed in front of P2.1 pump so that large particle size residue can be treated.After the transformation of the suction port,the driving efficiency has been improved,which has a certain effect on improving the delayed discharge.However,due to the jaw crusher not in operation,when the stratum rock mass of the excavation section is broken and the joint fissure is developed,it is easy to accumulate residual soil at the suction port,suddenly reduce the pressure of the P2.1 pump suction port and the flow rate,increase the extrusion pressure and fluctuate the pressure of the incision,etc.,which requires frequent reverse flushing and cleaning of the quarry box thus affecting the normal excavation circulation.Eventually,the suction and jaw crusher function are forced to restore.The relevant research results can provide reference for similar projects.
