摘要
目的:在优化消毒供应室清洗器械方面融入针对性干预对策后,研讨对器械清洗质量的应用。方法:选择本院消毒供应中心2021年12月~2022年12月供应室常见器械80份、供应护士16名、器械涉及患者60例、器械涉及医师10名,依托于随机分组法则,将以上数据均衡划分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规干预对策,观察组采取针对性干预予以优化,将两组之间的相关观察指标展开分析。结果:在两组管理工作落实之后,对于器械的防锈方面、清洗杀菌方面等相关指标的合格概率,观察组更高;在器械损坏概率计数方面,观察组总损坏率更低;观察组器械清洗消毒合格率、完好率明显更高;观察组质量评分明显更高(P<0.05)。观察组研究成员管理阶段内,出现医院感染事件发生率占比更低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组涉及的医师表示对本次供应室管理人员的满意度更高,但两组之间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对性干预对策更利于消毒供应中心器械清洗质量管理水平的提升,能减少器械损坏、清洗消毒不合理等事件发生,从而保障患者的治疗安全性。
Objective:To explore the application of targeted intervention strategies in optimizing the cleaning equipment of disinfection supply rooms,and to explore the quality of equipment cleaning.Methods:The research was conducted at the disinfection supply center of our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022.The observation samples included 80 common instruments in the supply room,16 supply nurses,60 patients with instruments,and 10 physicians with instruments.Based on the random grouping rule,the above data were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine intervention measures,while the observation group received targeted interventions for optimization,analyze and calculate the relevant observation indicators between groups.Results:After the implementation of group and group management work,the observation group has a higher probability of passing relevant indicators such as rust prevention,cleaning,and sterilization of instruments;In terms of counting the probability of device damage,the observation group had a lower overall damage rate;The qualified rate and intact rate of instrument cleaning and disinfection in the observation group were significantly higher;The quality score of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).During the management phase of the observation group’s research members,the proportion of hospital infection events was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The physicians involved in the observation group expressed higher satisfaction with the management personnel of the supply room,but the difference between the groups did not have statistical value(P>0.05).Conclusion:Targeted intervention strategies are more conducive to improving the quality management level of equipment cleaning in the disinfection supply center,reducing the occurrence of equipment damage,unreasonable cleaning and disinfection,and thus ensuring the safety of patients’treatment.
