摘要
目的:探究手术微创腔镜器械清洗以及包装期间消毒供应室参与后获得的质量管理效果。方法:于2018年4月~2021年4月抽取本院360件手术微创腔镜器械作为样本。随机均分为两组,各180件。对照组由消毒供应室常规机器清洗与人工包装;观察组则由消毒供应室参与实施人工清洗和包装质量监管。对比两组样本清洗、包装质量、灭菌效果及满意度。结果:观察组器械清洗质量与包装质量评分均高于对照组((97.63±2.21),(85.56±2.33)分;(98.24±1.75),(86.55±2.82)分;t=-50.426,-47.256,P均<0.001);目测及蛋白残留合格率高于对照组(98.89%,90.00%;97.79%,88.33%;χ2=13.650,12.423,P均<0.001),湿包率低于对照组(1.11%,7.22%,χ2=8.417,P<0.05);使用满意度高于对照组(96.00%,76.00%,χ2=4.153,P<0.05)。结论:在手术微创腔镜器械清洗和包装期间加入消毒供应室人工管理可有效提高包装和清洗质量。
Objective:To explore the quality management effect obtained after the participation of the disinfection supply room during the cleaning and packaging of minimally invasive endoscopic instruments.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2021,360 surgical minimally invasive endoscopic instruments were taken as samples from our hospital.Randomly divided into two groups.The control group was cleaned by conventional machines and manual packaging in the disinfection supply room;the observation group was subjected to manual cleaning and packaging quality supervision by the disinfection supply room.Compare the cleaning,packaging quality,sterilization effect and satisfaction of the two groups of samples.Results:The scores of instrument cleaning(97.63±2.21)and packaging(98.24±1.75)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(85.56±2.33;86.55±2.82)(t=-50.426,-47.256,P<0.001);The visual inspection and the qualified rate of protein residue are higher than the control group,(98.89%,90.00%;97.79%,88.33%;χ2=13.650,12.423,P<0.001)and the wet package rate is lower than the control group,(1.11%,7.22%,χ2=8.417,P<0.05);The satisfaction degree(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(χ2=4.153,P<0.05).Conclusion:The manual management of the disinfection supply room during the cleaning and packaging of minimally invasive endoscopic instruments can effectively improve the quality of packaging and cleaning.
