摘要
目的了解无锡市医疗机构医疗器械清洗质量及影响因素,评价清洗效果。方法采用蛋白质残留量检测的双缩脲反应对各级医疗机构重点科室的医疗器械清洗质量进行检测,对器械清洗过程中易造成清洗质量的因素进行分析。结果监测清洗后的医疗器械99件,不合格48件,不合格率为48.48%;一、二、三级医院、民营医院清洗合格率分别为53.13%、40.00%、63.64%、53.33%;不同部门、不同类别、不同清洗方法的医疗器械清洗质量不同,供应室清洗合格率高于临床科室,管道类器械清洗不合格率最高,清洗机加酶和手工加酶的清洗方式清洗合格率高于手工清洗。结论无锡市医疗机构医疗器械清洗合格率较低,各级医疗机构尤其是二级以下(包括二级和民营医院)医疗机构问题较严重,应注重医疗器械清洗效果,推行供应室集中清洗模式,加强清洗效果监测,提高清洗质量。
OBJECTIVE To understand the cleaning quality and impact factors of medical devices in Wuxi medical institutions and evaluate the cleaning effect. METHODS In order to detect the cleaning quality of the medical devices,to adopt biuret reaction for detecting protein residues of medical devices in major wards in Wuxi city. Factors which influenced the cleaning quality in the process of cleaning were analyzed. RESULTS Totally 99 cleaned medical devices were examined, of which 48 cases were the unqualified rate was 48.48%. The cleaning qualified rates of the primary, secondary and tertially level care hospitals, and private hospitals were 53. 13%, 40.00%, 63.64% and 53. 33%, respectively. The different types of medical devices in different departments used different cleaning methods and bad different cleaning quality. The cleaning quality in supply room was better than that in clinical departments. The pipeline devices ranked the first in unqualified rate among all the cleaned devices. The cleaning efficacy by machine plus enzyme and manual mode plus enzyme were better than by manual modealone. CONCLUSIONS The cleaning qualified rate of medical devices in medical institutions of Wuxi is lower, especially the secondary level care and below (including the private hospital) medical institutions have more serious problems. It is important to improve the cleaning effects of medical devices, implement centralized supply room cleaning mode and strengthen the monitoring for cleaning effect.
