摘要
目的了解21所医院供应室医院感染管理现状,研究管理对策。方法依据卫生部关于消毒供应中心3个管理规范进行现场调查反馈。结果 85.7%医院未实行集中供应模式,57.1%医院供应室人员配备不足,85.7%医院供应室建筑布局流程不合理,57.1%医院外来器械未由供应室统一处理,100.0%医院未规范实行可追溯管理,电钻清洗质量100.0%不合格,85.2%外来器械及包装盒清洗质量不合格,规范监测植入型器械符合率19.0%。结论调查结果不容乐观,应将供应室建设作为医院管理重点项目,使之达到卫生部强制性行业标准。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of infection management in supply rooms of 21 hospitals and explore the corresponding management strategies.METHODS According to the three management standards about central sterile and supply unit of Ministry of Health,on-site surveys and feedbacks were carried out.RESULTS Of the hospitals investigated,85.7% of which did not adopt the centralized supply mode,57.1% of which had insufficient human resources for supply rooms,85.7% of which had unreasonable building layout and procedures of the supply rooms,57.1% of which did not carry out the uniform process of the foreign appliances by the supply rooms,100.0% of which did not implement the standardized traceable management,the cleaning of the electric drill were 100.0% unqualified,the cleaning of 85.2% of the foreign appliance or package boxes were unqualified;the compliance rate of the standard monitoring of implantable devices was 19.0%.CONCLUSION The investigation results are not optimistic,the development of supply room should be considered as the key project of hospital management so as to meet the mandatory industry standards of Ministry of Health.
