摘要
目的调查新疆南疆兵团三个师下属22家基层医疗机构(团级医院)消毒供应工作现状,探讨新疆兵团基层医疗机构消毒供应实行以中心团场为中心的区域化消毒供应服务模式。方法本研究在2021年7—12月调研新疆南疆兵团三个师下属47家基层医疗机构,对22所医联体未覆盖的基层医疗机构消毒供应工作情况进行调研,采取自行设计调查问卷,问卷调查和现场查看相结合方法进行。结果调研的22所医院,消毒供应工作13所医院归属护理管理,占比59.1%。供应室面积>70 m2无一所医院,面积达标率0。洁污区域划分仅1所医院,占比4.5%;人员培训:师级医院培训共3所医院,占比13.6%;兵团级(省级)培训1所医院,培训率4.5%。新疆南疆兵团基层医疗机构(团级医院)消毒供应工作混乱、严重滞后,存在极大安全隐患,急需相关卫生行政主管部门重视解决。结论兵团南疆以师级医院为中心的医联体、医供体消毒供应区域化服务不能满足基层医疗机构的消毒供应需求,需要建立以中心团场为中心的区域化消毒供应服务来弥补临近周边团场基层医疗机构消毒供应工作需求,规避风险、确保医疗质量和安全。
Objective To investigate the current situation of disinfection and supply in 22 primary medical institutions(regimental hospitals)under three divisions of Xinjiang's of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,Methods This study investigated 47 grassroots medical institutions under the three divisions of the Southern Xinjiang Corps from July to December 2021,and surveyed the sterile supply room of 22 grassroots medical institutions that were not covered by Medical Alliance.A self-designed questionnaire was adopted,which was conducted by combining questionnaire survey with on-site inspection.Results A total of 22 hospitals were surveyed,and the sterile supply room was under nursing department in 13 hospitals,accounting for 59.1%.All of the surveyed sterile supply rooms were less than 70 m2,and the qualified rate of area is 0.Only one hospital set the clean zone and the pollution zone,accounting for 4.5%.Staff training:3 hospitals were trained in division-level,accounting for 13.6%;1 hospital was trained in Corps(provincial)level,and the training rate is 4.5%.The disinfection and supply work in primary medical institutions(regimental hospitals)in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was chaotic and seriously lagged behind,with great potential safety hazards,which needed urgent attention from relevant health administrative departments.Conclusion Regionalization service of disinfection and supply of medical unions and medical donors with teacher-level hospitals as the center in Southern Xinjiang couldn't meet the demand of disinfection and supply in primary medical institutions.Regionalization service of disinfection and supply with central regimental farms as the center should be constructed to make up for the demand of disinfection and supply in primary medical institutions near the peripheral regimental farms,to avoid risks and to ensure medical quality and safety.
