摘要
目的:观察柴芩温胆汤加减治疗肝郁痰热型失眠的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月于盐城市第一人民医院门诊治疗的60例失眠患者,采用随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组30例。A组应用艾司唑仑治疗,B组应用柴芩温胆汤加减治疗。两组均治疗4周。比较两组治疗后的临床效果,治疗前后的中医症候积分及睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,B组临床总有效率(93.33%)高于A组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且B组各项中医症候积分均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且B组PSQI评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴芩温胆汤加减治疗肝郁痰热型失眠的效果显著,且有助于改善患者的睡眠质量,缓解其临床症状。
Objective To analyze the effect of Chaiqin Wendan Decoction on the treatment of insomnia(liver depression and phlegm heat type).Methods Sixty patients with insomnia(all from the outpatient department of The First People's Hospital of Yancheng City,from May 2021 to May 2023)were selected and divided into the group A and the group B according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.the Group A was treated with estazolam,and the group B was treated with Chaiqin Wendan Decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy(after treatment),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and sleep quality(before and after treatment)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of group B(93.33%)was higher than that of group A(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the syndrome score in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the scores in the group B were lower than in the group B,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PSQI scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,with the score in the group B lower than in the group B,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of modified Chaiqin Wendan Decoction is remarkable,and it is helpful to improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia(liver depression and phlegm heat type)and relieve clinical symptoms.
