摘要
目的 基于fNIRS检测探讨蒙药苏格木勒-4和艾司唑仑对原发性失眠患者的影响。方法 将125例原发性失眠患者分为研究组(71例)和对照组(54例)。研究组服用蒙药苏格木勒-4,对照组服用艾司唑仑,两组共治疗28 d,并于治疗前后在VFT方案下进行功能性近红外光谱(fNIRS)检测;分析两组治疗前后在fNIRS任务中脑功能是否具有差异性。结果 研究组治疗后额叶重心值较治疗前升高(P<0.05),左右颞叶初始激活速率较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后额叶、左右颞叶脑功能比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后额叶重心值的差值、左右颞叶初始激活速率的差值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相对于艾司唑仑,蒙药苏格木勒-4在改善原发性失眠患者的脑功能上更具优势。
Objective To explore the effects of Mongolian medicine Sugmull-4 and estazolam on patients with primary insomnia through functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy(fNIRS). Methods A total of 125 patients with primary insomnia were selected and divided into study group(71 cases)treated with Mongolian medicine Sugmull-4 and control group(54 cases)treated with estazolam. Both treatments were conducted for 28 days. fNIRS detections were conducted before and after treatment using VFT protocol, and the differences of brain functions in both groups before and after treatment were analyzed. Results After treatment, study group showed increased centroid value of the frontal lobe(P<0.05)and decreased initial activation rate of the left and right temporal lobes(P<0.05)compared with those before treatment. There existed no difference in brain functions of frontal lobe, left and right temporal lobes in control group before and after treatment(P>0.05). There existed significant differences in the difference values of centroid value of the frontal lobe and initial activation rate of the left and right temporal lobes before and after treatment between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Sugmull-4 can improve the brain functional status of patients with primary insomnia better than estazolam.
