摘要
本文聚焦HR软土固化剂的研制与工程应用,重点探讨HR软土固化剂的主剂和辅剂的配合比及研发过程。通过室内试验和原位试验,对照性地评价软土在HR软土固化剂与水泥作用下的固化效果,观察土体在固化剂作用后力学性能的变化情况。试验结果表明:与水泥固化土相比,HR软土固化土的力学性能表现出显著优势。在相同固化时间内,HR软土固化土抗压强度均强于水泥固化土;从环境保护和经济效益层面出发,使用HR软土固化剂代替传统水泥进行软土固化,可极大减少水泥用量,该举措不仅降低了二氧化碳排放,而且大幅降低了工程造价。该研究对于软土地基处理工程、以软土为基材的预拌固化土具有重要的指导意义。
The development and engineering application of HR soft soil curing agent is mainly studied in this paper.The mixing ratio of the main and auxiliary agent and the development process agent of HR soft soil curing agent is mainly presented.Based on laboratory tests and in-situ tests,the curing effect of HR soft soil curing agent and cement is evaluated by comparing the change of mechanical properties of soil after the action of curing agent.The results of the test show that compared with cement-cured soil,the soft soil solidified by HR curing agent has significant advantages in mechanical properties.At the same curing time,the compressive strength of HR agent solidified soil is stronger than that of cement solidified soil.From the view of environmental protection and economic benefits,the HR soft soil curing agent instead of traditional cement for soft soil curing can greatly reduce the amount of cement.This measure not only reduces CO2 emissions,but also significantly reduces the construction cost.This study provides a significant guide for soft soil ground treatment and ready-mixed solidified soil using soft soil as the base material.
