全固废胶凝材料在基坑支护中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 传统的基坑支护中,混凝土面层采用水泥、砂石、水为原料。水泥价格高,生产过程中消耗大量的能源和资源。本文采用价格低廉的全固废胶凝材料(原状电石渣、矿粉)代替水泥,进行基坑支护混合土面层施工试验。电石渣、矿粉、砂、细石、水制成的混合土的施工和易性与水泥混凝土类似,可以采用干法进行喷射混合土面层施工。现场取芯7d和28d的抗压强度试验结果表明,相同配比条件下,电石渣:矿粉按照1:1配比等量代替水泥制成的混合土,其前期强度小于传统的水泥混凝土,但后期强度与水泥混凝土类似。提高矿粉掺量后,强度甚至高于水泥混凝土。当电石渣:矿粉达到1:5时,全固废混合土强度远高于水泥混凝土。研究成果可为全固废胶凝材料在基坑支护施工中的应用提供参考,具有一定的现实意义。 The concrete surface layer of traditional foundation pit support adopts cement,sand and water as raw materials.Cement is expensive and consumes a lot of energy and resources in its production.In this paper,the low-cost all solid waste cementing materials(undisturbed calcium carbide slag,mineral powder)instead of cement is used to carry out the construction tests of the concrete surface layer for foundation pit support.The construction workability of the mixing concrete made from calcium carbide slag,mineral powder,sand,fine stone and water is similar to that of cement concrete,which can be sprayed by dry method.The 7 days and 28 days compressive strength test results with the field core-taking show that under the condition of the same ratio of raw materials,the strength of the mixing concrete made by calcium carbide slag and mineral powder(the ratio to be 1:1)substituting for cement is lower than that of traditional cement concrete in the early stage,but is similar to that of cement concrete in the later stage.With the addition of high mineral powder,the strength is even higher than that of cement concrete.When the rate of the calcium carbide slag and the mineral powder reaches 1:5,the strength of total solid waste mixing concrete is much higher than that of cement concrete.The study results can provide the reference for the application of total solid waste cementitious materials in foundation pit supporting construction,and have certain practical significance.
