摘要
本文介绍了采用一种由日本梅得利公司提出的新型地基加固构建(地固件)对软土地基进行加固的技术。首先,详细说明了地固件的现场制作和地基加固的施工过程,基于分割约束原理给出了加载后构建张力引起的内部填料强度提高的计算方法,然后对处理后地基土体的承载性状和承载力特征做了理论分析。结合某工程现场平板载荷试验和大面积堆载试验,对地固件加固软土地基的荷载和沉降进行了测试。试验结果表明,采用本文所提出的技术方法处理后的软土地基承载力满足设计要求,该方法应用于某路基工程后运营状况良好。
A new type of foundation reinforcement component(DBOX),which is proposed by Metry Co.,Ltd.,of Japan,is used to treat the soft soil foundation and can also be used for liquefied foundation treatment and ground vibration reduction.Firstly,the field production and construction process of DBOX for foundation reinforcement are introduced in detail.Based on the principle of partition constraints,the calculation method for the strength enhancement of the filling in the geotextile bag which is caused by the tension of the bag after loading is given.Then the bearing behavior and capacity characteristics of the soft soil foundation reinforced by DBOX are analyzed theoretically.The loading and settlement of the soft soil foundation strengthened by DBOX are tested based on the plate load tests and large-area load tests.The test results show that the bearing capacity of the soft soil foundation treated by the proposed method meets the design requirements according to the standard.The method has been applied to a subgrade project and the operation is in good condition.
