送教上门现实困境与路径分析

摘要 近年来我国送教上门事业稳步发展,但在推进过程中面临诸多问题,对一线送教工作者构成一定困扰。为促进送教上门事业迈向更高的台阶,有必要从家长、教师、社区、政策四个维度进行分析,为切实顺利开展送教工作提供可行性建议。家长应充分发挥主导作用,教师应积极寻求多元化、多样化的学习途径,社区需加强与送教儿童家庭间的联动,各级政府应细化送教政策,共同提高送教上门工作的整体质量。 In recent years,the home-based education initiative in China has developed steadily,yet numerous challenges in its implementation pose significant difficulties for frontline educators.To elevate the home-based education initiative,it is crucial to analyze the issues from the perspectives of parents,teachers,communities,and policies,providing feasible suggestions for its smooth execution.Parents should play a leading role,teachers should actively seek diverse learning methods,communities need to strengthen their connections with the families receiving home-based education,and all levels of government should refine education policies to collectively enhance the overall quality of home-based education.
