摘要
特殊教育教师的素质直接关系特殊教育的质量。上海市特殊教育教师资格制度是保证特殊教育教师质量,促进教师专业发展的重要保障机制之一。一线教师必须具备教育特殊学生所需要的知识和能力。本文回顾了上海市实行特殊教育教师资格制度的历史和目前的发展概况,分析了上海市特殊教育教师资格制度的基本特征,对其如何进一步完善提出了若干建议。
The quality of special education teachers is directly related to the quality of special education. The special education teacher certification system in Shanghai is one of the important assurance mechanisms to assure the quality and professional development of special education teachers. Practicing special educators must maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the needs of their students. This paper first describes the history and present situation of special education teacher certification system in Shanghai, and then discusses its basic features. Finally, some constructive suggestions to develop the special education teacher certification system in Shanghai are proposed.
