上跨铁路营业线大型高铁站房施工技术创新

摘要 杭州南站是杭州市南部现代化综合交通枢纽中心,是关乎民生的重点工程。主站房钢屋盖施工时上跨8条铁路营业线,在我国施工领域尚属首例,无类似施工经验可借鉴。针对杭州南站主体结构施工特点,分析线路转场开通时段、顺序、范围等,划分主体结构施工区段,确定“三阶段四次转场”施工方案;通过试拼试焊,确定“十”字形钢柱截面12块钢板焊接方法和顺序,采用现场精密测量定位、双夹板固定、测量机器人辅助校正空间位置等技术,实现钢柱精确定位与对接;通过合理划分单元、设计可靠的滑移体系、同步滑移、安全落位、精确合龙等关键环节,形成分单元滑移施工关键技术。通过细致周密策划、科学合理组织、综合应用BIM技术等信息化手段及研发特殊施工条件下系列工装,顺利完成了杭州南站的主体结构施工。 Hangzhounan Railway Station is a modern comprehensive transportation hub in the south of Hangzhou and a key project related to people’s livelihood.The steel roof of the main station building overpasses 8 railway business lines during construction,which is the first case in China’s construction field,and there is no similar construction experience for reference.According to the construction characteristics of the main structure of Hangzhounan Railway Station,this paper analyzes the opening time,sequence and scope of line transfer,divides the construction sections of the main structure,and determines the construction scheme of“three stages and four transfers”.Through trial assembly and welding,the welding method and sequence of 12 steel plates in the“cross”column section are determined,and the precise positioning and butt jointing of steel columns are realized by using technologies such as on-site precise measurement and positioning,double splint fixation,and spatial position correction assisted by measuring robot.Through reasonable division of units,design of reliable sliding system,synchronous sliding,safe positioning,accurate closure and other key links,the key technology of sub-unit sliding construction is formed.The construction of the main structure of Hangzhounan Railway Station has been successfully completed through careful planning,scientific and reasonable organization,comprehensive application of BIM technology and other information means,as well as research and development of a series of tooling under special construction conditions.
