摘要
针对现有项目评价无法全面衡量公共建筑功能和使用效果的问题,本文引入了使用后评价(POE)理论和评价框架.在分析研究实地观察、选择性访谈、问卷调查和功能分析等评价方法的基础上,构建了公共建筑使用后评价的整体框架,并从政府、研究机构和公众角度给出了在公共建筑使用评价研究领域推广POE的策略建议.
Existing project evaluation for public buildings can not be fully measured that the effect of the project and function evaluate. This article introduces the POE theory and evaluation framework into the public building. In this paper, we established the evaluation of the overall framework and fromed the system, which is based on the analysis of the field observation method, selective interviews, questionnaires and function analysis. Besides, some advise of mechanism, market , and new research institutions are gaven to promote the application of POE in the field of public building evaluation.
