摘要
丰台站是我国第一座高速、普速双层车场上下平行重叠的特大型铁路站房,且地处北京市丰台区,周边环境复杂,与多个相邻标段同步实施,施工组织难度大。结合丰台站特点、难点,开展创新研究与应用,通过全生命周期BIM技术、BIM+智慧工地、钢结构全生命周期管理平台及绿色建造等核心技术应用,攻克施工技术难点,为丰台站建设保驾护航,同时也为类似复杂条件下大型站房施工管理提供借鉴。
Fengtai Station is China’s first extra-large railway station building that is with overlapped double-deck yards(for high speed and for conventional railways).Located in Fengtai District,Beijing and with complex surrounding conditions,it was constructed in parallel with several other contract sections nearby,making construction work much difficult.According to the characteristics of this station and the difficulties it is faced with,innovative research and application were carried out,and core technologies,such as full-life-cycle BIM,BIM+smart construction site,full-life-cycle steel structure management platform and green construction,were applied to tackle technical difficulties,thus ensuring the successful construction of the station and providing a reference for the management of large station buildings’construction under similar complex conditions.
