摘要 以高河能源W3305工作面为背景,结合陷落柱发育情况,采用分区治理的模式,对于陷落柱边破碎煤岩进行注浆加固,对陷落柱内坚硬岩石进行预裂爆破。通过科学合理组织工作面生产,破碎区煤墙片帮和顶板冒落现象减少,岩石区的割岩速度大大提高,实现了工作面过陷落柱影响区的安全高效生产。 In order to achieve safe and efficient passage through the collapse column in the mining face,taking Gaohe energy W3305 working face as the background and combined with the development of the collapse column,the mode of zoning treatment is adopted to carry out grouting reinforcement for the broken coal and rock beside the collapse column,and presplitting blasting is carried out for the hard rock in the collapse column,so as to prevent the caving of coal wall and roof in the fracture area,and improve the rock cutting speed in the rock area.By scientifically and reasonably organizing the production of the working face,the safe and efficient production of the working face passing through the area affected by the collapse column is realized.
