新元矿9108工作面深孔预裂爆破过陷落柱技术研究及应用 被引量:3

摘要 为提高工作面过陷落柱效率、降低安全隐患,以新元矿9108工作面过X85陷落柱为工程背景,提出采用深孔预裂爆破的方法过陷落柱,模拟分析了不同直径药卷爆破后产生的围岩扩裂半径,确定了深孔预裂爆破钻孔布置方式及爆破参数,并进行了工程应用。应用结果显示,深孔预裂爆破可显著提高工作面过陷落柱的效率、降低截齿损耗。 In order to improve the efficiency of passing through the collapse column and reduce the hidden danger of safety in the working face,taking the X85 collapse column in the 9108 working face of Xinyuan Coal Mine as the engineering background,the method of deep-hole pre-splitting blasting passing through the collapse column is put forward.The expansion radius of surrounding rock produced by different diameter cartridge blasting is simulated and analyzed,the drilling arrangement and blasting parameters of deep-hole pre-splitting blasting are determined,and the engineering application is carried out.The application results show that deep-hole pre-splitting blasting can significantly improve the efficiency of passing through the collapse column and reduce pick loss in the working face.
