摘要
目的 分析丙种球蛋白联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效。方法 方便选取2023年1月—2024年1月单县妇幼保健院就诊的96例新生儿肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和治疗组,各48例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,治疗组采用丙种球蛋白联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率(97.92%)高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.144,P=0.008)。治疗后,治疗组的心肌酶谱水平优于对照组,临床症状(喘息、肺部啰音、发热、咳嗽)消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的免疫功能及炎症指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 丙种球蛋白联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎疗效确切,利于改善患儿的心肌酶谱水平、免疫功能、炎症反应,可缩短治疗时间。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of gamma globulin combined with budesonide in the treatment of neona⁃tal pneumonia.Methods Ninety-six cases of neonatal pneumonia in Shanxian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random lottery method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the treatment group was treated with gamma globulin combined with budesonide,and the clini⁃cal efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(97.92%)was higher than that of the control group(81.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.144,P=0.008).Af⁃ter treatment,the cardiac enzyme spectrum level of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms(wheezing,lung rales,fever,cough)and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the im⁃mune function and inflammation indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the dif⁃ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of gamma globulin combined with budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia is accurate,which is beneficial to improve the level of cardiac en⁃zyme spectrum,immune function,inflammatory response of children,and can shorten the treatment time.
