摘要
目的分析丙种球蛋白联合注射用头孢唑肟钠在新生儿肺炎中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2018年10月至2020年4月我院肺炎新生儿85例,均予以常规对症治疗,对照组(42例)接受头孢唑肟钠治疗,研究组(43例)予以丙种球蛋白联合注射用头孢唑肟钠治疗,比较两组治疗前后免疫功能[血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)与CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)]、炎性因子[血清白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)]、心肌酶谱[血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)]。结果研究组总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(76.19%,P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后研究组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)与血清IgG、IgA水平升高(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清IL-10及IL-6水平低于对照组,血清IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后研究组血清CK-MB及LDH水平降低(P<0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白联合注射用头孢唑肟钠治疗新生儿肺炎,疗效确切,可有效提高患儿免疫功能,缓解炎症反应,还可减轻心肌损伤,改善预后。
Objective To analyze the effect of gamma globulin combined with ceftizoxime sodium for injection in neonatal pneumonia. Methods From October 2018 to April 2020, 85 neonates with pneumonia in our hospital were retrospectively selected and received routine symptomatic treatment. The control group(42 cases) was treated with ceftizoxime sodium, and the study group(43 cases) was treated with gamma globulin combined with ceftizoxime sodium for injection. The curative effects, the immune function [serum immunoglobulin G(Ig G), immunoglobulin A(Ig A) and CD4^(+), CD3^(+)], inflammatory factors [serum interleukin-10(IL-10), interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-6(IL-6)], myocardial enzyme spectrum [serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)] before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.02% higher than 76.19% in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of CD4^(+), CD3^(+) and serum Ig G and Ig A in the study group increased after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-10 and IL-6 levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the serum IL-2 levels were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum CK-MB and LDH levels in the study group decreased after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Gamma globulin combined with ceftizoxime sodium for injection in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia has a definite effect. It can effectively improve the immune function of children, alleviate inflammation, and can also reduce myocardial injury and improve the prognosis.
