摘要
规范化培训是提升临床实践能力的重要医学教育形式,实行康复治疗师规范化培训是大势所趋。总结国内康复治疗师规范化培训现状并进行SWOT分析可以得出以下结论:规范化培训有助于提升学员能力、明晰职业规划并增强就业竞争力;但存在时间及经济成本高、规范化培训难同质的内部劣势;外部存在社会及行业刚性需求、亚专科发展、临床医学规范化培训可作借鉴的发展机遇;但同时面临政策未定、继续教育项目竞争的外部威胁。通过SWOT分析厘清优势与劣势、明辨机遇与威胁,有助于把握机遇、扬长避短、加快发展。
Standardized training is an important form of medical education to enhance clinical practice abilities,and implementing standardized training for rehabilitation therapists is great trend.Summarizing the status of standardized training for rehabilitation therapists in China and conducting SWOT analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:Standardized training helps to enhance trainees'abilities,clarify career planning,and enhance employment competitiveness.However,there are internal disadvantages such as high time and economic costs,difficulty in standardizing training,and homogeneity.External rigid needs from society and industry,development opportunities for sub-specialties and standardized training in clinical medicine can serve as references for development.But at the same time,it faces external threats such as undecided policies and competition for continuing education programs.Clarifying strengths and weaknesses,identifying opportunities and threats through SWOT analysis can help to ge opportunities,leverage strengths and avoid weaknesses,and accelerate development.
